HR Heroes

HR Heroes GmbH is an education provider and we impart knowledge about digital HR management. As in other areas of the economy, HR management increasingly requires the use of technologies that classic HR managers are not familiar with. We want to change that. We support by designing and implementing practical training courses in close cooperation with employers, which pursue the following goals: To enable career changers - both from other sectors and from other countries of origin - to enter attractive IT jobs in the field of people analytics and talent acquisition, thus counteracting the shortage of skilled workers that is becoming more acute against the backdrop of demographic developments. To qualify employees in companies - especially in medium-sized companies and corporate groups that have not yet always arrived in the digital world - on a part-time basis in order to close important qualification gaps in this way and to ensure connectivity to changing task profiles.
